In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document and all supplementary policies published by tdd77.

By accessing tdd77.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the tdd77 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, policies, or game-specific rules published by tdd77.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the tdd77 platform. Continued use of tdd77 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To be eligible to register and use tdd77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tdd77 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place bets on the platform.
• You must be acting as an individual and not as a professional, corporate entity, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through tdd77 directly or through any responsible gaming programme to which tdd77 is affiliated.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws in your location.
• You must not have had a previous tdd77 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

Each Player may hold only one (1) tdd77 account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — constitute a breach of these Terms. tdd77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all pending transactions upon detection of duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tdd77 login credentials, including your username and password. tdd77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify tdd77 immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. Upon notification, tdd77 will temporarily freeze your account pending a security review.

tdd77 accounts are for personal use only. Sharing, selling, transferring, or permitting any third party to access your tdd77 account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

All deposits on tdd77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tdd77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected.

All payment methods used to deposit on tdd77 must be registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered to family members — is strictly prohibited. Any deposits made via a third-party payment account may be refused, and the associated account may be flagged for investigation.

tdd77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tdd77 bears no responsibility. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly in virtually all cases. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes to reflect, depending on network conditions.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your tdd77 account has been fully verified through the KYC process. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and, in some cases, proof of address.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, tdd77 may request alternative withdrawal details, which must be verified before processing.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank): 1–4 hours during business hours; next business day for requests submitted outside banking hours.
• USDT TRC20: Under 60 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

tdd77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed where tdd77 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player's account may be involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, pending investigation.

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and other incentives offered by tdd77 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tdd77 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Unless stated otherwise, Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• tdd77 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• In the event that a bonus is credited erroneously, tdd77 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount. Players should not place bets in reliance on a bonus they know or suspect has been credited incorrectly.

All bets placed on tdd77 are subject to the applicable sport or game rules as published on the tdd77 platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant rules before placing any bet. Key general betting rules applicable across all tdd77 markets include:

• A bet is final and cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been accepted and confirmed by the tdd77 system, unless tdd77 at its sole discretion decides to void the bet.
• tdd77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, feed error, or obvious pricing mistake.
• Winnings on sports bets are credited to your tdd77 account balance promptly after the event result is officially confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of tdd77's trading team, based on official result sources, is final.
• tdd77 may impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per market. These limits are published within the relevant betting interface.
• For live in-play betting, connection issues, data feed delays, or acceptance delays are risks assumed by the Player. tdd77 shall not be liable for bets lost as a result of connectivity issues on the Player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tdd77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple tdd77 accounts in any form.
• Using third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets on tdd77.
• Colluding with other players in casino poker, sports betting, or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading on sporting events offered on tdd77.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering or using tdd77 for any illegal financial activity whatsoever.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after depositing on tdd77.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tdd77 support staff or other players in any chat or communication channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tdd77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from your use of the tdd77 platform.
• Service interruptions caused by server maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Any decisions made by regulatory or governmental bodies affecting access to the tdd77 platform in specific jurisdictions.

tdd77's total liability to any individual Player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict tdd77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tdd77's negligence to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

All content on the tdd77 platform — including but not limited to the tdd77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, and all game content provided by tdd77's software partners — is the intellectual property of tdd77 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any other way exploit any content from the tdd77 platform without the prior written consent of tdd77. Unauthorised use of tdd77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

tdd77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on tdd77, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by tdd77 includes registration information (name, email, mobile number, date of birth), KYC documents, financial transaction records, and platform usage data. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) promotional communications.

tdd77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, game software suppliers, and regulatory bodies, all of whom are contractually bound to protect your data.

tdd77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies form part of tdd77's responsible gaming framework and are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and hard cut-offs to limit the duration of any single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from tdd77. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During any self-exclusion period, tdd77 will close the account and return any real-money balance to the Player.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic notifications reminding them of time spent and amounts wagered in the current session.

You may close your tdd77 account at any time by contacting tdd77 support via live chat. Upon receipt of your closure request, tdd77 will process any remaining real-money balance back to your registered payment method and deactivate the account. Pending KYC requirements must be fulfilled before any remaining balance can be released.

tdd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Where tdd77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a regulatory body.
• Where tdd77 suspects the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

In cases of account closure initiated by tdd77 for Player breach, tdd77 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings, and any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Real-money deposits that are not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the Player.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tdd77 holds its operating license. By using tdd77, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the tdd77 platform.

In the event of a dispute arising from a bet or casino game outcome, you must first submit the dispute to tdd77's customer support team via live chat or the support email address. tdd77 will review the dispute within 5 business days and provide a written response. If you are unsatisfied with tdd77's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. tdd77 will not review claims submitted after this period.

tdd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tdd77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the tdd77 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the tdd77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using tdd77 and may close your account as described in Section 14.
